In 2022, Artisan Industries vertically integrated Custom Materials Compounding into our manufacturing operations. Having compounding operations in-house, enables Artisan to cut lead-times on materials development and testing, as well as ensure custom compounded materials are produced to our high-quality standards.

Using Entek Manufacturing’s twin-screw corotating extrusion technology, our compounding plant has the capacity to produce thousands of pounds of custom compounded resins daily. Whether you need to add common fillers to a resin such as glass or carbon fiber, or have more complex multi-ingredient compound needs (including pre-color or master batch), contact us today to discuss your specific project requirements.

Our compounding services are available to both custom and OEM operations, and may be contracted independently from our injection molding services. Our compounding plant is also available for R & D projects, at a contracted rate-per-day.
